итеративная модель разработки (проектирования)
в программировании - эволюционная модель, предусматривающая разбиение проекта на обычно большое число так называемых итераций, каждая из которых представляет собой полный цикл разработки и завершается созданием внутреннего или внешнего релиза программы, являющегося подмножеством конечного продукта. Каждая такая итерация увеличивает готовность продукта
